Refund policy
Please read the following before requesting a refund.
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. After this period we are unable to process refunds.
Return delivery: You are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. We do not cover return postage.
Evidence: When requesting a refund, you must send pictures of the product (as received) so we can process your request.
To start a refund, email us at byalineaa@gmail.com with your order number, the pictures described above, and a brief reason for the return. We will respond with next steps.
