Alinea: A Brand With Purpose

Alinea is more than a brand, it is a platform rooted in purpose. Created for our sisters, Alinea is built on the pillar of women empowerment, honoring strength, dignity, and womanhood through every design. Beyond clothing, each purchase becomes a means of giving back by supporting mothers in underprivileged countries with essential medical care during pregnancy and childbirth, helping ensure safer journeys into motherhood.

As women, we understand the pain and struggles of other women. Yet many mothers around the world do not have the privileges we may have access to medical care, medication, and safe support during pregnancy and childbirth. In many underdeveloped and remote areas, these basic needs are not always available.

This is why 5% of every Alinea purchase is donated to Maa Global, a charity dedicated to improving maternal healthcare. Maa Global aims to establish a hub and spokes model of care, allowing mothers in remote villages to access immediate treatment locally, while more complex cases are referred to specialist centres. Their work begins in Bangladesh, with hopes to expand this model to other developing countries worldwide.

Islam teaches us that charity does not decrease wealth; rather, it brings barakah. There is nothing more meaningful than supporting mothers those who raised us, those we may one day become, and those our daughters may grow to be, in shaa Allah.
